Joe offers a Branding the Artist Masterclass via Zoom to the students of IPAI Fairhope.
An emotionally powerful and intimate musical about two New Yorkers in their twenties who fall in and out of love over the course of five years, the show's unconventional structure consists of Cathy, the woman, telling her story backwards while Jamie, the man, tells his story chronologically; the two characters only meet once, at their wedding in the middle of the show. Show is starring seniors, K’nique Eichelberger and Claudia Dahlman.
Offering a workshop on the proper ways to brand yourself as an artist in an industry that has moved to a predominately online setting.
Providing a workshop for high school students who are interested in applying to college to pursue a degree in theatre, musical theatre, music or design and tech. Offering skills and recommendations on what to have, how to prepare and what not to do.
This workshop is geared at highlighting the powerful connection of mental health and professional theater. We desire for artists and educators to comprehend how mental health is a part of human development and human nature.
Joe will head back to where it all started for him, Crestview High School, and teach a masterclass to the current theatre arts students. His goal will be to teach the students how to prepare audition materials for college auditions as well as prepare audition packages. Additionally, he will talk through understanding character development and analysis.

Joe is slated to direct the Rogers and Hammerstein classic, Oklahoma! at Ouachita Baptist University.
Joe is producing An Evening with Tennessee at Ouachita Baptist University. The Directing class, lead by an all senior class will be directing a wide variety of One Act’s by Tennessee Williams.
Joe has recently accepted a full-time Assistant Professor of Theatre position with Ouachita Baptist University. He and his family are excited about this new chapter they are about to embark on and looking forward to becoming an OBU Tiger!
